Minimum Premium:

Liability premium as low as $1,500 and varies by classification
Property/GL Packages also available

Submission Requirements

ACORD Commercial Insurance & General Liability Application
Supplemental Application, where appropriate
Minimum of 3 years historical revenues & payrolls
Minimum of 3 years loss currently valued company loss runs with description of large losses
