We want your experience of working with us to be enjoyable, professional and, most of all, mutually profitable. If you do not currently have an appointment with us, you can still submit business to us for review and indication, but in order to bind we require the fully completed and approved agency appointment agreement along with the completed New Agency Profile Form, copy(ies) of your General Lines License for all states that you have a resident or non-resident license and a copy of your Errors & Omissions policy. The E&O policy must be written with a A rated carrier with minimum limits of at least $1,000,000.
